Outline proposal for the development 26 hectares of greenfield land located within the periphery of the 185 hectare East Kilbride Community Growth Area.
The Community Growth area has been set aside to enable the structured growth of the town over the next 20+ years.
The masterplan offers a range of housing types integrated throughout the site and organised into clusters, reinforcing community and place-making.
