This development will see the construction of a landmark building set on the prime corner of a masterplan site which has been identified to contribute to the regeneration of the Forth and Clyde Canal.
The development comprises a 140 bed Hampton by Hilton and a Hotel Training Academy.
The building will be a significant landmark and being one of the only tall buildings located on the north side of the M8 motorway, it will be a clear marker point for drivers entering and leaving the city.
