Located on the edge of the City of London, where it meets the South Shoreditch Conservation Area, this mixed-use development comprises both hotel and offices.
The hotel has both studios and 1-bed suites designed for business travellers staying for short and medium periods in the city.
The office replaces the floorspace lost within the existing building with high quality office accommodation.
The design has developed to reflect the existing urban grain and with a contextual and low key appearance. The ground floor contains the main public spaces and this results in an active facade bringing life to the street where previously there was none.
The materials are a mixture of London stock brick, steel and glass with a nod to the existing Victorian warehouse accommodation found in the immediate vicinity.
