Stirling
This project forms part of a new city square for Stirling. With views to Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument, this site demanded a sensitive approach. This contrasted with the City's desire for a bold and vibrant design for their new focal point.
This brief required careful adaptation of the brand requirements and led to a particularly bespoke solution. In addition to the main hotel functions this project includes a function and conference centre, as well as a La Bonne Auberge French fine dining restaurant.
