Wembley
Part of the Wembley Masterplan this development occupies a key location on the approach to Wembley Stadium.
Despite significant planning gain, achieving 11 storeys in place of the existing 3 storeys, planning approval was achieved in 11 weeks. The design reflects the challenging context, bridging between the existing residential and post-war commercial styles, and the scale of the new masterplan.
Construction is due to commence in March 2009.
